Year of approval of the
SD strategy and updates

The NSDS was adopted by the government in 2002. An SD indicators report was published in 2006. The NSDS was reviewed 2009 and approved by the Government in July 2010. An English version will be available on the homepage of the Ministry in the middle of February 2011.

Type of SD strategy

NSDS covers the environmental and social dimension and sustainable use of the natural resources. In the new version there is a special focus on sustainable production and consumption and education for sustainable develpment.
